Who we are

At Reveille Roasting, we’re a group of teen entrepreneurs from a boarding school in Culver, Indiana, fueled by a passion for bold coffee and big ambition. Founded by our friend Noah, Reveille Roasting was born out of a love for early mornings, strong brews, and stronger mindsets. We’re here to bring high-quality, energizing coffee to students, staff, and anyone chasing their goals. Our name stands for more than just coffee — it’s a call to action. Keep Marchin’ with Reveille Roasting and take on each day with purpose, one cup at a time.

Shoulder to Shoulder

For more than 30 years, Shoulder to Shoulder, Inc. has worked collaboratively with the people of rural Southern Intibucá, Honduras, to create, operate and support sustainable and accessible health, nutrition, and education services. Shoulder to Shoulder began as a grassroots healthcare mission in 1990, evolved into a dual U.S. and Honduran NGO in 1996, and now operates an integrated network of clinics and educational programs serving tens of thousands in rural Honduras—powered by local staff, government partnerships, and international volunteers.

Gustavo Meza

Gustavo Meza, a local in Camasca, Honduras, is the guide for Shoulder to Shoulder and currently supplies 100% of Reveille Roasting’s coffee beans. Organizing everything from food to transportation for Shoulder to Shoulder, Gustavo finds a way to use local resources to better his community. Gustavo lives with his wife and two kids, who also contribute to the success of Shoulder to Shoulder with their amazing cooking and enlightening humor.
